Mothers & Daughters
Mothers & Daughters is a short film about Julia, a middle‑aged woman who leaves her career as a college English professor to care for her mother, Thelma, whose dementia is steadily eroding the world around her. As Julia’s emotional exhaustion strains her connection to her husband and daughter, a nighttime disappearance forces the family into action — and into a reckoning with the demands of love, duty, and generational care.
